· The prices indicated are to be considered for a day, breakfast included.
· Check in h 14.00 – Check out h 11.00.
· Children: 0/3 years old free in b&b fare (bed shared with parents) / 3-10 years old -40% for meals.
· Four bedroom option: additional cost of 15€/day.
· If you are a group of 10 or more people, please ask by mail or phone for “group special offers”.
· For reservation period longer than a week, please ask by mail or phone for “long term special offers”.
· The offers include all the standard guest services, for further and particular needs, please ask to our reception desk.
· The reservation will be confirmed just after an advance payment of 25% of the total amount.
· A reservation can be cancelled up to 10 days before the check in, then will be deducted the reservation payment.
